Soheila Rostami Ph.D. has spent the last 8 years studying mindfulness in life and business. As result of her Ph.D. research, Soheila has created a state of the art mindfulness training program that is called WithinCare. She is specifically interested in the effect of mindfulness practice on managing stress.
Soheila started practicing meditation since 30 years ago beginning with transcendental meditation. Her last 13 years of practicing mindfulness and applying it in her life and work has been transformational.
She also has more than 20 years of experience as a senior health and safety manager.
Soheila has taught mindfulness in
